Destination Wedding

I can officiate your wedding in another state. $700 fee. You will be required to pay ALL travel and registration fees (airfare/gas/rental car/food/lodging). The wedding, including ALL travel fees MUST be paid for no later than 1 month prior to date so I may pay for everything. See below for all states I can legally do your ceremony.

  • Arkansas - you must fill out contract and pay half as the retainer no later than 60 days before the ceremony, so I can file with the county clerk where the marriage will be taking place.

  • California

  • Connecticut

  • Delaware

  • District of Columbia - you must fill out contract and pay half as the retainer no later than 60 days before the ceremony, so I can file with the DC Marriage Bureau.

  • Florida

  • Georgia

  • Hawaii - you must fill out contract and pay half as the retainer no later than 60 days before the ceremony, so I can file with Hawaii Department of Health.

  • Idaho

  • Illinois

  • Indiana

  • Iowa

  • Kansas

  • Kentucky

  • Louisiana - you must fill out contract and pay half as the retainer no later than 60 days before the ceremony, so I can file with the local parish where the marriage will be taking place.

  • Maine

  • Maryland

  • Massachusetts - you must fill out contract and pay half as the retainer no later than 60 days before the ceremony, so I can file with the Secretary of the Commonwealth.

  • Michigan

  • Minnesota - you must fill out contract and pay half as the retainer no later than 60 days before the ceremony, so I can file with the county registrar where the marriage will be taking place.

  • Mississippi

  • Missouri

  • Montana

  • Nebraska

  • Nevada - you must fill out contract and pay half as the retainer no later than 60 days before the ceremony, so I can file with the county clerk where the marriage will be taking place.

  • New Hampshire - you must fill out contract and pay half as the retainer no later than 60 days before the ceremony, so I can file with the Secretary of State.

  • New Jersey

  • New Mexico

  • New York - you must fill out contract and pay half as the retainer no later than 60 days before the ceremony, so I can file with the city where the marriage will be taking place.

  • North Carolina

  • North Dakota

  • Ohio - you must fill out contract and pay half as the retainer no later than 60 days before the ceremony, so I can file with the Secretary of State.

  • Oklahoma - you must fill out contract and pay half as the retainer no later than 60 days before the ceremony, so I can file with the county clerk where the marriage will be taking place.

  • Oregon

  • Pennsylvania

  • Puerto Rico - Difficult process that can have you and I sitting at the Demographic Registry Office in Old San Juan most of the day.

  • Rhode Island

  • South Carolina

  • South Dakota

  • Tennessee - NO LONGER ACCEPTS ONLINE ORDINATION.

  • Texas - I live in Texas.

  • Utah

  • Vermont - you must fill out contract and pay half as the retainer no later than 60 days before the ceremony, so I can file with the Vermont Judiciary Court.

  • Virginia - you must fill out contract and pay half as the retainer no later than 60 days before the ceremony, so I can file with the county clerk of the county the wedding will be in.

  • Washington

  • West Virginia - you must fill out contract and pay half as the retainer no later than 60 days before the ceremony, so I can file with the Secretary of State.
