The fees listed below are by County or by Venue (we have special pricing set up with some venues).
I have NO hidden costs or fees. I do NOT charge a travel fee or credit card fee.
Fees for weddings or renewals are the same price. I don't do any more or less for one than I do the other.

  • FaceTime (I am not physically at the venue) $15

OTHER FEES

  • FaceTime Ceremony - $50. If you wish to do your ceremony through FaceTime, you will mail me the marriage license along with a copy of each of your ID's. Once I receive it in the mail, I will contact you to set up the date and time. On the date chosen, I will FaceTime you a few minutes before so you can show me your ID. If it matches what you sent me, we will begin the short, sweet ceremony. I will record this as proof that it happened. I will then sign the license and mail it back to the county clerk (not to you).

  • Elope - $100+. This is just the couple and myself within 15 miles of my office. Any further than that will be $1 per mile extra. Any other persons are $10 each. The elopement must be within 15 days of contacting me. Typically 10 minutes at the most.

  • Sign & Drive - $75+. This is just the couple and myself within 15 miles of my office. Any further than that will be $1 per mile extra. There will be NO other persons allowed. I will do just the vow portion of a wedding, sign the license and be on my way. Typically 5 minutes or less.

  • If wedding will be taking place on a boat (or anyplace else that I can't leave immediately afterwards), and I cannot leave immediately after, there will be an extra $25 per hour that I am detained.

  • If the wedding falls on a national holiday or special date, there will be an extra $50 fee added.

  • If you wish me to mail your license back anything other than first class mail, there will be an extra fee.

CEREMONIES IN OTHER STATES

I will do your wedding in another state. $700 plus you will be required to pay ALL travel and any registration fees (airfare/gas/rental car/food/lodging) in advance at least 1 month before the wedding date. Click button below for more details.
